The initiative provides a platform for girls to showcase themselves, connect with people, build confidence and receive support towards their educational and personal development\. Beyond recognition and awards, KADI Spark Award is driven by a bigger vision: **to use collective support to create meaningful opportunities for girls, particularly those who need encouragement and educational assistance\.** Through the voting process, supporters become part of this vision\. Funds generated from the initiative contribute towards supporting girls with educational needs, including examination fees, admission\-related expenses and other interventions aimed at keeping girls in school and helping them achieve their aspirations.
